I know it is only mid-February, but looking at all my other products I don’t think another one will be empty before the end of the month. Actually, I find it intriguing how sometimes I don’t seem to be able to use up any product for several weeks, and then suddenly it’s three or four at once. Maybe if I have a lot of time next week – or rather if I make time for it because it’s winter break anyway – I go through all my beauty stuff because I noticed that some products are expired. Those are sad moments, but obviously it’s my own fault since I just bought way too many products for years.
Body Butter Vitamins A & E Olive Seaweed: I bought it last summer in Greece because I love body butters from Greek islands. And I also liked this one very much. It was blue and smelled fresh plus it properly moisturized my sometimes dry body skin.
Rexona Anti-Transpirant Clear Aqua: I’ve used this one for years. It works and I already use the next one.
Korres Santorini Vine Showergel: Korres is one of my favorite companies for care products. I guess I also have a thing for Greek ones in general (see the body butter). So I bought a package of different smaller sized shower gels and I love the fruity, but in no way sweet smell of vine.
Burt’s Bees Lemon Butter Cuticle Cream: This is a product I bought so long ago and never really used it. It is all dried-up and therefore I finally throw it away.
Body & Earth Sugar Plum Body Butter: Even though it was a normal body cream and no butter, it was nice. It was a small size (also from a package of several body creams) and I liked the smell – I can’t smell a too sweet smell when I used a product for several weeks, but for in between it is okay.
Bliss Peeling Groovy Facial Serum: I tried to use it again and again, but my skin always started to break out. I then used it on my neck, but got the same bad result. Thus I throw it away now although it is only half empty.
Cien Sensitive Augenkonturencreme (eye cream): It was a nice eye cream, which I used every night, but nothing special. For some reason I find it difficult to empty eye creams. There just seems to be so much in one package.
Manhattan Eyeshadow Base: Dried-up. Sadly, I can’t even remember if I once liked it.
Nivea Lip Butter Original: Do you remember when those lip butters were hyped a few years ago? Of course I got them (yes, several ones), only to realize that I don’t like putting my finger in the cream every time I want to use it. But eventually even I managed to use up one (at least).
L’Oreal Miss Manga Mega Volume: This mascara is one of the best I’ve tried for the last years. It extends and adds much volume to my lashes. The result is absolutely convincing.
Maybelline Dream Lumi Touch Highlighting Concealer: This is my favorite concealer – and I’ve tried many. I like that it’s thick, but can be easily spread. It covers well and stays put for many hours. Plus it is not expensive.
