Ich frage mich, ob ich irgendwann an einen Punkt komme, an dem ich sage, dass ich nun wirklich keine neuen Makeupprodukte mehr brauche. Wobei: warum sollte ich überhaupt; und vor allem: womit würde ich mich dann schminken? Nein, ich liebe meine vielen Beautyprodukte und lege gerne noch ein neues mehr in meine sowieso schon übervolle Schublade. Am Ende habe ich natürlich auch meine Lieblinge, die ich häufiger benutze – aber auch die ändern sich immer mal wieder, schon damit mir nicht langweilig wird.

I wonder if I will ever reach a point when I say that I really don’t need any new makeup products. Only: why should I; and even more: what would I  then use to make me up? No, I love all of my many beauty products, and like to put another new one into my already overflowing drawer. Of course I do have my favorites, which I also use a lot more often – but they also change from time to time, if only because I don’t want to get bored.

Meine neusten Lieblinge sind diese sieben Produkte:

1. Covergirl & Olay Tone Rehab 2-in-1-Foundation, ca. 13 $. Ein tolles Makeup, das sich einfach verteilen lässt und meine zum Teil trockenen Hautstellen durch die Olay-Creme mit Feuchtigkeit versorgt. Außerdem hält es lange.
2. Essie Belugaria. Ich habe ewig mit diesem Lack geliebäugelt und weiß gar nicht, warum ich ihn mir nie gekauft habe. Vielleicht weil ich immer wusste, dass ich ihn eines fernen Tages im Sonderangebot für 3 $ finden würde?!
3. Wet n wild Max Volume Plus Mascara, ca. 5 $. Vor Weihnachten habe ich mir für 5 $ ein Set mit fünf Minimascaras von Wet n wild gekauft und bin besonders von dieser schwer begeistert. Sie ist günstig und macht lange und voluminöse Wimpern. Die würde ich sofort auch in groß kaufen.
4. Disney Villains Wicked Shadow, ca. 6 $. Diese Disney-LE vom Spätherbst fand ich total interessant, weshalb ich mehrere Teile davon gekauft habe. Der Pinsel dieser Palette ist überhaupt nicht zu gebrauchen, aber die Lidschatten selbst sind toll. Sie geben nicht nur ausreichend Farbe ab, sondern halten auch den ganzen Tag auf einer Base.
5. Catrice Powder Blush in Flushed-Fiction, alte LE. Zufällig *hust* war ich in den Weihnachtsferien in Istanbul im Rossmann und zufällig gab es dort noch die alte Lumination-LE von Catrice und zufällig musste ich das Rouge haben, weil es gerade jetzt im Winter die perfekte zarte, altrosa Farbe für meine Wangen abgibt.
6. Covergirl TruBlend Minerals Loose Powder, ca. 8 $. Ich fixiere mein Makeup am Ende immer mit Puder und bevorzuge loses. Da mein letztes Puder leer war, habe ich mir dieses von Covergirl gekauft. Ich erkenne keine Unterschiede zu anderen günstigen losen Pudern, es erfüllt seinen Zweck einfach gut und das jeden Tag.
7. Flormar Perfect Coverage Liquid Concealer, ca. 4 €. Mein letzter Concealer von Maybelline wurde leer und daher habe ich mir in Istanbul bei Flormar diesen gekauft und finde ihn fantastisch. In der hellsten Farbe passt er perfekt zu meiner blassen Haut und deckt Augenringe und Unreinheiten den ganzen Tag ab.

These seven products are my latest favorites:

• Covergirl & Olay Tone Rehab 2-in-1-Foundation, ca. $ 13. A great makeup which is easy to use. Thanks to the Olay creme it contains, it moisturizes my skin, which also has some dry patches. Also it stays put for many hours.
• Essie Belugaria. I had ogled at this nail polish since forever, and I don’t really know why I never bought it. Maybe because I kind of always knew that one day in the far future I’d find it on sale for only $ 3?!
• Wet n wild Max Volume Plus Mascara, ca. $ 5. Before Christmas I bought a set containing five Wet n Wild mascaras in mini size for $ 5, and I absolutey love especially this one. It is cheap and helps me to get long and voluminous lashes. I would buy this one as a normal size immediately.
• Disney Villains Wicked Shadow, ca. $ 6. I found this Disney LE from late fall very interesting, which is why I bought several products. The brush in this pallet is rubbish, but the eyeshadows themselves are awesome. Their colors are pretty bright, and they also last all day long on top of a base.
• Catrice Powder Blush in Flushed-Fiction, old LE. Incidentally *cough* I went to the original German drugstore Rossmann in Istanbul during Christmas vacation, and incidentally there still was the old Lumination LE from Catrice, and incidentally I just had to have that blush because it is the perfect subtle, old pink color for my cheeks in winter.
• Covergirl TruBlend Minerals Loose Powder, ca. $ 8. I always fixate my makeup with powder at the end, and I prefer loose ones. Since my last powder was finished, I bought this one from Covergirl. I don’t see any difference to all the other cheap loose powders, it answers its purpose well and every day.
• Flormar Perfect Coverage Liquid Concealer, ca. € 4. My previous concealer from Maybelline was used up, and therefore I bought this Flormar one in Istanbul. And I love it! The lightest color fits my pale winter skin perfectly, and it covers eye circles and blemishes for the whole day.
