Ingredients

apple cider vinegar
1/4
cup
peach juice
1/4
cup
milk
1
tbsp.
melted butter
and some more to grease the pan
1
large egg
1
cup
flour
1/2
cup
sugar
2
tsp
baking powder
1/2
tsp.
of nutmeg
1/2
tsp.
salt
1
cup
of diced peaches
about 1 peach
1
cup
confectioners sugar for the icing
1/4
cup
peach juice for the icing
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 °F (200 °C). Grease the donut pan with butter.
Whisk the apple cider vinegar, the peach juice and the milk together in a bowl.
Add the melted butter and the egg. Whisk.
Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, nutmeg, salt and peaches in.
Fill the batter into the donut pan (about 3/4 full).
Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes until the edges are all brown.
Let cool for about 5 minutes before you take the donuts out of the pan. Then let them completely cool on a wire rack.
For the icing, mix confectioniers sugar mit peach juice until you have a smooth, thick mixture. Drizzle over the donuts.
