January 2019 Empties

When I took photos of the products I emptied in January, I was actually a little disappointed that I hadn’t managed to use up more. It had definitely felt like more. Either I forgot to throw some into the bag which I collect the empty bottles in or I can only hope that many are almost empty.

Face, Hair and Body Care Products

Zennao soft almond body lotion: This was a sample from a hotel and nice. I love the smell of almonds and the lotion did its job. It is nothing special, but small enough to always take on trips. I still have another little bottle of it.

Korres Almond Cherry Body Milk*: I loved this body milk. I obviously love Korres and then they have this awesome body milk with the scent of almond and cherry. It has the right amount of liquidity and really leaves my skin moisturized. I admit that I used it rarely to keep it longer – Korres is really expensive here in the U.S.

Korres anti Hair-loss Shampoo*: This was my last bottle of Korres shampoo for now. As it is specifically against hairloss, it is very gentle, which I liked a lot.

Soraya So Pretty BB Krem: This creme turned actually out to be empty when I thought I should really use it up. I bought it in Poland and remember that I really really liked it. It covered my face smoothly and it still looked natural.

Crabtree & Evelyn Pomegranate argan & grapeseed hand creme*: I had been given this creme once by a student moving away. I especially liked the fruity smell. The creme really helped my rather dry hands.

Bath & Shower Products

Isana Herzenswärme bath beads: My bath smelled just as the package said of cinnamon and orange, typical winter scents for me. There is not really much more that I expect from bath beads.

Isana Traumzeit bath salts*: I worked two weekends in January and was quite exhausted at the end of the month. So I decided to take a long bath and this lavender scent helped me to calm down. It also colored the water in a lovely shade of blue.

Gola Classics shower gel: This is the last shower gel I was given by my granny (she used to give me shower gels all the time before she moved into the old folks home). The scent was slightly sweet, but subtle.

Treaclemoon nutmeg coffee cake shower gel*: I found this shower gel when I was in Germany last fall. That scent is amazing and it makes me feel a little bit like showering in coffee. I am happy that I bought one or two more of the little bottles.

Korres Santorini Vine shower gel*: Another Korres product … and yes, I like this one as well. This scent is very fresh and a little fruity. I like it as an every day shower gel because the scent is subtle and pleasant.
